Arnold Rogers

Arnold Rogers 95, a seventy-plus year resident of Vidor passed away on Tuesday April 3, 2018 in Beaumont. Arnold was born on June 15, 1922 in Laurel, Mississippi to his parents John Rogers and Edna Shepherd Rogers who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his wife: Norma Louise Rogers, daughter: Judy Rogers, four brothers and two sisters. Arnold was a retired Master Plumber who in his spare time loved gardening, preaching, helping the homeless, and especially being together with all his family. He was the Pastor of The Church of The Living God in Vidor when it was in existence. He is survived by six sons: Eugene Rogers of Mauriceville, Kern David Rogers of Miles, Arizona, Dennis Ray Rogers of Austin, Arnold Lee Rogers and wife Debbie of Lumberton, Thomas Wayne Rogers of Vidor, Donald Gale Rogers and wife Mary of Vidor, three daughters: Debra Ann Desormeaux and husband Loran of Vidor, Kathy Fowler and husband Ricky of Kountze, Lisa Faye Rogers of Vidor, nine grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren. A memorial committal service will be held on Saturday April 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont.

So sorry to lose Uncle Arnold. He was one of my favorite Uncles. My condolences to the family.
