Betty Ruth Dudley

Betty Ruth Dudley, 82, a fifty-nine and a half year resident of Vidor passed away on Sunday February 5, 2017 in Vidor. Betty was born on August 14, 1934 in Orangefield, Texas to her parents Jesse Walles and Rena Marie Sonier Walles who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband;Charles D. Dudley, grandson; Ty Norvell, brother; Floyd Walles, and sister; Linda Bollman.

Surviving Mrs. Dudley are her daughters; Cindy Dudley, Cathy Norvell and husband Larry, Carla Harrington and husband David all of Vidor, brothers; Jesse Ray Walles and wife Laverne, Donald Walles and wife Helen of Orangefield, seven grandchildren, Amber Broadway, Ame Franks, Ashley Freasier, Trey Norvell, Jimbo Norvell, Traci Hester, Alex Harrington, ten great grandchildren; Chase Broadway, Logan Broadway, Gage Norvell, Kanon Norvell, Bennett Norvell, Emilee Sifuentes, Ella Martin, Tessa Franks, Lucas Franks, and Tyler Franks.

Mrs. Dudley was a Baptist by faith and attended Maplecrest Baptist Church in Vidor for over fifty years. She was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday February 9, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until the Celebration of Life funeral service at 6:00 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel in Beaumont.
