Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Brenda was the daughter of J. B. and Clara Fisher. She loved cooking, gardening, and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Brenda is survived by her daughter, Donna Randle and husband, Grady Randle, and their children, Shelby Randle and Garrett Randle; her son-in-law, Kenneth Ellzey; her granddaughter, Lauren Adams and husband, Andre Adams, and their daughter, Elizabeth Adams; and her grandson, Lane Ellzey and wife, Heather Ellzey, and their children, Macie, Morgan, Parker, and Sawyer Ellzey.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Rev. Ray Morgan; and husband, William Tell; her son, Douglas Morgan; her daughter, Stephanie Ellzey.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont, Texas.
