Candace Jan McClusky

Candace Jan McClusky, 65, of Beaumont passed away on Sunday March 5, 2017 in Beaumont. Candace was born on April 24, 1951 in Beaumont, Texas to her parents Herbert Edwin McClusky and Marjorie Wydell Mahaffey McClusky who preceded her in death. She was a graduate of the 1970 Class of French High School. She then attended Texas State Technical Institute, where she studied Instructional Media and graduated with an Associates Degree. After graduation, she then went to work for H.I.S.D., then assisted at a nursing home, and later worked as a Montessori Teacher’s Aide.

Candace is survived by her two sisters; Moira “Mory” Anders and husband Steve of Beaumont, Molly Garrison of San Antonio, Nieces and Nephews; Matthew Anders and wife Carrie, Jennifer Landry and husband Adam, Amanda Garrison, James Richard Garrison, III “Trey”, Micharel Garrison , and three great nieces.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held on Saturday March 11, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel.
