Donnie Lee Barnett, 82, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, September 8, 2026 at his residence. A native of Monticello, AR., Donnie has lived in Beaumont for 79 years, and was a retired refinery worker with Texaco Huntsman refinery. Donnie also had the opportunity to work with Texaco Main Plant in Port Arthur, Gulf Chevron and Texaco Chemical. Donnie proudly served his country in The United States Marine Corp. Donnie enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont, and with services to be held at a later date.
Donnie was preceded in death by his parents Marvin and Marie Ware Barnett.
Donnie is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Judith Youngblood Barnett of Beaumont, his son Jason Elliott Barnett MD., and his wife Brooke of Troy IL., and by his grandchildren, Luke Barnett, Samuel Barnett, and Morgan Barnett all of Troy IL and by a host of other family and friends.
Donnie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him,
