Survivors include, son, William (Bill) Childs, Jr. and wife Cheryl of Beaumont; daughter, Carolyn Childs McCullough and husband Jerry of Beaumont; grandchildren, Jennifer Childs, Sarah Childs Erwin, Brian Childs, Joshua Childs, Gerald McCullough, Jr., Katie McCullough Rappleye and Minyone McCullough; great grandchildren, Tiffani McCullough, Aubrey Rappleye, Levi Rappleye, Addison Rappleye and Blake Erwin and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to, Dorothy and Glenn Jones.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 13, 2012, at 2 p.m., at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to: The Missionary Fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or Some Other Place.
