Eric Frank Lotz Sr.

Born on January 29, 1968, in Gretna, Louisiana, Eric was the son of Frank Raymond Lotz and Judith Lynn (Kleinpeter) Lotz. In 2017, he made his home in the Thicket area, where he enjoyed spending time with his family, who were the center of his life.

Eric will be remembered for his love of family and the time he shared with those closest to him. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his parents, Frank and Judith Lotz; his wife, Kathy Padilla of Thicket, Texas; his son, Eric Frank Lotz, Jr. of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; his daughter, Brittany Leal of Gretna, Louisiana; his sisters, Gretchen Carden and her husband Leo, and Sigrid Galian all of Gretna, Louisiana; two beloved grandchildren; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends who will cherish his memory forever.
