Frances McDaniel, 82, of Lumberton, passed away on Saturday August 23, 2014 at Silsbee Oaks Health Care in Silsbee. Frances was born on November 3, 1931 in Beaumont, Texas to her parents Carlo and Bessie Perricone Latino who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her husband A.T. McDaniel and her daughter Marilyn McDaniel and several brothers and sisters. She was of the Pentecostal faith and attended Parkway Life Church in Lumberton. Mrs. McDaniel enjoyed cooking, baking, crocheting, quilting, gardening and always was providing her family’s needs.
She is survived by her sons, Wayne McDaniel, Sr. of Brookeland and Frank McDaniel of Lumberton, daughter Carolyn McDaniel of Lumberton, sister Mary Peden of Lumberton, six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday August 26, 2014 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Wednesday August 27, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.
