Georgia "Beth-GrandBeth" Elizabeth Hickman, 97, of Warren, died Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at The Ya-Ya House in Bevil Oaks. A native of Wise County, she has lived in Warren for 33 years and was a homemaker.
GrandBeth was an active and faithful member of First Baptist Church in Spurger. GrandBeth loved spending time with her family, tending to her flowers, reading the bible, volunteering with the prison ministry, as well as volunteering at the nursing homes in Woodville.
A Celebration of Georgia's Life will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
Georgia was preceded in death by her loving husband of 44 years W.J. Hickman, parents Charles and Frances Anderson, brother John Darrell Anderson, and sister Ouida Morris.
GrandBeth is survived by her sons Michael Wayne Hickman and his wife Penny of Lumberton, and Ronald Bruce Hickman and his wife Donna of Warren, daughter Suzanne Stenson and her husband Chuck of Eagle Nest NM., two grandchildren David Bruce Hickman of Atascocita, and Melissa Lynn Rice and her husband James of Spurger, and by her two great grandchildren Lori Elizabeth Rice, and Allison Lynn Rice.
Georgia GrandBeth will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
