Gerald L Barnhart, 95, of Bevil Oaks, passed away on August 20, 2016. He is survived by 5 children, Barbara Korn, Penny Bass, Roger Barnhart, Greg Barnhart and his wife Sandi and Cindy Corkran, 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
He retired from the Army as a Lt. Colonel and from DuPont and MW Kellogg. He is preceded in death by his wife of 74 years Catherine "Jimmy" Barnhart. Most of all Gerald was a family man and loved his wife, children and extended family with all his heart.
Services will be at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Visitation from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Tuesday August 23, 2016. Services 2:00 PM, Tuesday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Nelson officiating.
