Helen was born November 8, 1925 in San Antonio, Texas to James and Clara Sims.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Octave Falcon Jr.
She is survived by her sons, Ronnie Falcon Sr. and Lynn Falcon Sr., daughters, Sandy Atkins and Cheryl Loftin; along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, September 6, 2012 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 6 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, September 7, 2012 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
