Iva Lou Ferguson

Iva Lou Flowers Ferguson, age 92, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 8, 2014 in Silsbee, Texas. Services will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at 3:00 PM at Rosevine Cemetery in Bronson, Texas. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.

Iva was born on April 28, 1922 in Bronson, Texas to Dick Flowers and Ida Neal Flowers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Buford Ferguson and her parents.

Survivors include her children, Shirley and husband Loyd Jacks of Center, Texas and Curtis Benny Ferguson and wife Sharon of Lumberton, Texas. Grandchildren, Melinda Gail Jacks Brittain and Jack Brittain of Arlington, Texas, Monica Lynn Jacks Smith and husband Ricky Smith, Michelle Loraine Ferguson Scott, Kim Holder and John Holder. Great grandchildren, Benjamin Joel Palmer, Bethany Lael Brittain, Hilary Scott, Kevin Scott, Kelsi Smith and Matthew Smith, as well as many great great grandchildren. Sister-in-laws; Glays Flowers of Groveton, Texas and Ovalene Tucker and husband Nolan of Orange, Texas and countless nephews and nieces.
