Joseph J. Giardina, age 91, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 in Beaumont, Texas. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 4, 2015 at Assumption Catholic Church in Beaumont with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 PM on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel. Rosary service will be at 6:00 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
Joseph was born in New Iberia, LA on July 30, 1923. He proudly served in the United States Army. Joseph worked as a carpenter for Lamar University and was a member of Assumption Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Josephine Giardina and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
