Joyce Knupple Street

Joyce Knupple Street, 85, a lifelong resident of Beaumont passed away on Sunday May 20, 2018 in Houston. She was born on August 19, 1932 in Beaumont, Texas to her parents Ogden and Madie Cook Knupple who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her grandson; James Wayne Street, and brother; Buddy Knupple. Joyce is survived by her two sons; James Street, Jr. of Beaumont, Fain Street and wife Dionne of Katy, daughter; Stephanie Harty and husband Bill of Euless, brother; Billy Knupple of Beaumont, sister; Margie Sheffield of Lafayette, eleven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

Joyce was a dedicated School Teacher for the Beaumont Independent School District who during her time of educating helped put together many of the Christian Educational Schools. She enjoyed getting together with her family and friends, and also was involved in putting together reunions for her French High School Class. She also hosted and organized Bible Study Classes and Worship Services in her home for all who were interested.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday May 26, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel.
