Margarett Ann (Paine) Williams Arthur

Margarett Ann Arthur. 64, of Mauriceville, died Sunday, August 24, 2025 at her residence. A native of Silsbee, she has lived in Mauriceville for 10+ years and was a homemaker. Margarett enjoyed painting, arts and crafts, watching old westerns and classic movies. Margarett was also known as a animal lover.

A Celebration of Margarett's life will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.

Margarett was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mary Ann Paine, and her brother Bruce Paine.

Margarett is survived by her loving husband of 14 years David Arthur of Mauriceville, sons, Norman McRade Williams, Jr. and his wife Lori of Kingsbay, GA., and John Paul Williams of Orangefield, daughters, Carmen Maria Antoinette Haight and her husband Paul of Florence, AZ., and Samantha Ann Herring and her husband Rick of Port Arthur, brothers, Gary Paine and his wife Dorothy of Buna, Les Paine of the Golden Triangle, and Ricky Paine and his wife Connie of Silsbee, and her grandchildren, Sarah Beth Williams, Curtis Eaves, Calvin Eaves, Caleb Eaves, and Brianna Herring.

Margarett will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
