Martha Elizabeth Martin

Our mother was a beautiful and graceful lady full of class. She loved her family and dogs, two of them Penny and Katy, recently passed on to doggy heaven. She left behind her precious Lilly who now has a forever home with her oldest daughter Kathy.

Her southern roots ran deep. Born in Henderson, Tx from the country and raised on a farm by strong hard-working Christian parents. Martha herself knew that Jesus was her Personal savior and that she would be with him and told us she was ready to go when it was her time.

Martha is survived by her son Daniel Grisham and wife Candice of Wasilla, AK; daughter Kathryn Hendon and husband of Beaumont, TX; daughter Gloria Patxot and husband Joe of Celina, TX; sister Mary Graves and sister Anna Lee Reed; grandchildren Grace Patxot, Anthony Patxot, JoAnn Herrera, Felix Patxot, Cody Hendon, Scooter Hendon, Joshua Paul Grisham, Miriam Elizabeth Little, Adam Silas Grisham; and great grandchildren Ace Hendon, Luke Hendon, Scarlett Patxot, Jacqueline Patxot, Duece Patxot, Lilianna Patxot, Chandra Little Thompson, Kobe Little, Elowyn Grisham, Isaiah Grisham and Avah Grisham.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband Rex Martin; parents William Hudson and Dora Lobb; and brothers Herman Hudson, Earl Hudson, Jake Hudson, Frank Hudson.

A Celebration of Life will be held graveside at 10:00 AM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Serving as pallbearers are Joe Patxot, Danny Grisham, Larry Hendon, Scooter Hendon, Cody Hendon and Anthony Patxot.
