IN LOVING MEMORY Of Melany J McDaniel-Maxwell 1960 - 2021
It is with great sadness and anguish, that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Sister, and Friend, Melany McDaniel, on April 22, 2021 in Austin Texas. Melany grew up in Beaumont Texas and attended Forest Park High School. After attending school, God blessed her with a talent for decorating and retail sales. She worked for Howell Furniture and Ashley Furniture companies for several years. Her interior decorating talent earned her many awards. She also enjoyed retail sales, working at Jo Ann’s Jazz, Gus Mayer and other clothing stores in Beaumont. She loved to entertain friends and family, and cook for all. She was a sweet, kind and gentle soul, and loved to help others. Melany is survived by her 2 sons, David Maxwell and Tory Keys of Austin, Texas, as well as her sister, Madelyn J McDaniel of San Marcos, Texas, her brother, Mark McDaniel of Fredericksburg, Texas, and her longtime companion, Richard Romero of Austin, Texas. She also leaves behind a host of cousins, relatives and close friends. Melany will be loved, missed and remembered by the many lives she touched.
The family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses at Seton Hospital in Austin Texas. Also, thank you to Pastor John Bullock of The Church of The Lord Jesus Christ. The Funeral services are pending with Forest Lawn Memorial Park, in Beaumont Texas,

David we are sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. May God help you through this most difficult loss.
I remember her waving as she drove by in that good looking car. I visited with her several times in the mall and in the neighborhood.
