Peggy was the oldest of seven children, grew up in Vidor, TX and graduated from Vidor High School. In 1968 she married Clarence Ray Moore and together they built a life and raised a family. She loved to go out to eat every chance she got, especially Chinese food. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening her flowers. She also loved travelling (as long as it wasn't by plane) to Colorado, Tennessee, and Florida. She was a part-time fisherman and enjoyed going camping. Peggy never met a stranger, and once you got her talking, she could go on forever. Everyone who met and knew her and loved her deeply, and she loved them. Her joy was found in the Lord and she faithfully attended Sabine Tabernacle for over 60 years. She loved the Lord with all her heart and attended church until her health wouldn't let her. She enjoyed listening to Brother Hodge and Brother Hilton preach, and also Brother Boykin and Brother Johnson in later years. Forever she will be missed by loved ones and friends. Well done Thy good and faithful servant.
