A native of Naples, Italy he was a longtime resident of Deer Park before moving to Humble a year ago, and Village Mills 6 months ago. Robert proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Robert was a faithful employee of Air Gas as a Nitrogen Pump Driver. Robert loved riding Harley Davidson's, working on vehicles, buying scratchers and lottery tickets, drinking tall cans of Dr. Pepper, cheering on the Houston Texans, LA Dodgers, Houston Astros, being a closet Dallas Cowboys Fan, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, and especially cheering on his grandbabies.
A Celebration of Robert's Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont, with burial to be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at The Houston National Cemetery in Houston.
A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
Robert was preceded in death by his father Carter Greene.
Robert is survived by his sons Albert Stockton and his wife Kassie of Humble, Robert Wayne Stockton, II of Houston, Caleb Lane Stockton of Village Mills, daughters Erika Baker and her husband Gauge of Village Mills, and Candice Best and her husband Blake of Hillister, mother Ramona Figueroa of Garden Grove, CA., his sisters Yvette, Ivonne, Leslie, Debbie, Sarah, and Cris, and his grandchildren, Kyndall Grace, Madeline Grace, Zoe Jane, Gauge Ryan II, Grayson Wayne, Grant Preston, Laikyn Nicole, Rylee Elizabeth' Ann.
Robert will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
