He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Roberta Cole of Beaumont, two sons Robert Cole and wife Donna of Lumberton, Mark Cole and wife Joy of Beaumont, one daughter Elva Hinson and husband Danny of Beaumont, five grandchildren, Jason Cole and wife Brandy, Alecia Cole, April Leger and husband Paul, Denise Johnson and husband Brian, Alyson Basehore and husband Mike, twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
A gathering of family and friends will begin on Monday, July 30, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
