Sydney Wade Hennigan

Sydney Wade Hennigan, age 83 of Beaumont, Texas, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, December 21, 2014 in Beaumont, Texas. Services will be at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jonathon Green officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service on Wednesday.

Sydney was born in Hornbeck, Louisiana on September 3, 1931 to the late Sylvan Hennigan and Jewel Ellis Hennigan. He served in the United States Army and the Air Force National Guard. He retired from Southwestern Bell after over 30 years of service. Sydney was a member of The Anchor Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara J. Hennigan. Parents, Sylvan Hennigan and Jewel Ellis Hennigan and a sister, Ruth Harper.

Survivors include his son, Randy W. Hennigan and his wife Stacie of Beaumont, TX. Two daughters; Ava Naumann and her husband Wes of Houston, TX and Barbara Garrett of Beaumont, TX. Three brothers: Cecil Hennigan, Albert Hennigan and Jimmy Hennigan. Four sisters: Sybil Taylor, Bertha Barrow, Jeanette Williams and Maxine Wilkins. Seven grandchildren: Josh Hennigan, Chanel Emerson, Caitlin Molbert, Haley Naumann, Kyle Naumann, Alexis Garrett and Darmon Garrett. Four great grandchildren: Trystin, Bryson, Andreya and Briana. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Josh Hennigan, Wes Naumann, Ryan Molbert, Todd Wallace, Darmon Garrett and Kyle Naumann will serve as pallbearers.
