Colt is survived by his parents, Alanna and Joey; grandparents, John & Shelley Hoffman and grandmother, Zoe Davis; great grandparents, Elden & Judy Roberts; great grandfather, Bob Hoffman; also surviving are 3 aunts, 2 uncles and 5 cousins.
A graveside service will be December 10, 2011, 3 p.m. at Crescent Grove Cemetery in Tigard, Oregon.
