Jean and I had some fantastic times together when I worked for her at the West Slope Office of Stassens Realty. She was an amazing businesswoman and a sensitive and caring friend. I fondly remember our trips to the Oregon Coast in the caddies! Thanks for being a wonderful mentor. Linda O

I met Jean many years ago through our mutual friend Mac Sharp. Jean was one of the nicest people I have had the priviledge to call a friend. She will be greatly missed.

"It  has been a true blessing  meeting  and getting to know  your family over that past year.Through trials and good times, our priority was always  Jean.My hart is full of joy knowing that one day we will meet again and dance  together.May God bless your entire family and always know that if you ever need me  I will be here for you. I had many nice conversations with Jean as we waited for our Chinese food in one of my favorite hangouts.  She was really nice.  My husband was very close to Dennis and Ron for a number of years and always had happy memories re the Stassens family.

Aunty Jean was truly a bright candle in my life. I will always treasure her bright smile and infectious laughter. I  remember all the great times I had with her  . She was one of the most generous and loving ladies I ever new. I will miss her deeply. I am sorry for your loss.

Great photos~~Love the one playing ping pong in apron and a cigarette! Jean was always friendly and ready with a great smile.

Jean was the kindest, most gracious person I have ever known. I met her probably 35 years ago when I was working in restaurants and she and Mack would come in. After Mack died, she continued to come to where I worked with a small group of other ladies. Jean was friends with everyone, and to each and everyone of us she would ask "and how are you today Dear Heart?". We each felt that we were truly her "Dear Heart" Jean had that way of making everyone feel special.

Jean was a gracious lady full of love and kindness. I greatly enjoyed her hospitality on many occasions. May she rest in peace! Jean had the largest shamrock plant I have ever seen and it was beautiful.

My Grandma Jean shaped me to be the woman I am today. She was not only strong and feisty, she was funny!  I am forever grateful for her love, support, and kindness my whole life. Her love for me will shine within for the rest of my life.
