Joyce Marie Massey

After marrying her husband, Don, who was in the Army, they lived in several states. Along the way, they welcomed their daughters, Cheryl, Carla, and Brenda. After military life, they settled in Eugene, Oregon. There, Joyce raised their daughters. She also continued to care for Cheryl through her life, being an advocate for disability rights. Her loving touch reached outside her family, being a second mom to her daughter’s friends. She was also passionate about her work with astrology, metaphysics, and energy work.

Joyce had a joyous laugh that started in her eyes and moved through her whole body. It will continue to be heard by all that loved her.

Joyce departed this life on March 1, 2025, a sunny day that felt like spring, surrounded by the love of her family.
