Mark Stephen Favot
July 28, 1966 – June 18, 2018
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our brother, Mark Stephen Favot. Mark died suddenly at his home in Beaverton, Oregon on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the age of 51.
Mark was born and raised in Petaluma, California but moved to Oregon sixteen years ago to be near his beloved son, James Favot, of Tigard, Oregon. Jamie meant the world to him and he was so proud of him and his accomplishments.
Mark worked as a data analyst for several large companies but his all-time favorite job was working at the Sears Point Raceway in Sonoma County, California. He loved being involved with the racing community and the excitement of the races.
Mark will be remembered as a kind, gentle, sensitive, and loving man with a big heart, quick wit, and a unique sense of humor.
Mark was predeceased by his parents Albert Louis Favot and Nancy Ellen Sturm Favot. He is survived by his siblings Kathleen Favot-Blanquie(Ron), Mimi Favot, David Favot(Karen), and Barbie Richard(Mike), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
His loss creates a hole in the hearts of all those who loved him.
