Marquita June Johnson

Marquita June Johnson, 91, of Aloha, passed away on July 16th, 2019. She was born in Meredosia, Illinois on January 5th, 1928 to Mary Jane Boyd and Lewis Jesse Boyd. She was the fourth of five children. After moving to Oregon, she met her future husband Frank Johnson. They were wed on December 12th, 1945 and were married for almost 60 years. Marquita was a loving wife and mother to her six children. She is survived by her children Carolyn and Doug Smith, Darlene and Dennis Cain, Don Johnson, Debbie Johnson and Chuck Wier, Tom Johnson, 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank in 2005 and her daughter Georgianna Ritchey in 2011. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday, July 22nd, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, followed by committal at Willamette National Cemetery at 2pm.
