Mildred "Mickie" Josephine Porter died March 26, 2011, at the age of 90, in Portland, Oregon. Mickey was born April 17, 1920, in Portland to Joseph & Agnes (Pitts) Sherman.
She worked for the U.S. Post Office as a rural route mail carrier.
A family service will be held in Eureka Cemetery in Newport, Oregon in May at a later date.
