Paul Willard Oakes, age 93, of Hillsboro, Oregon passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024.
A graveside service for Paul will be held Friday, February 9, 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd, Portland, OR 97086.
