

Born with a vibrant spirit and a selfless heart, Rosalba lived a life defined by her devotion to family, her passion for her community, and her remarkable resilience.
In 1971, Rosalba immigrated to the United States, bringing with her a rich cultural heritage and a dream for the future. Alongside her beloved husband, Vincenzo she co-founded the cherished local landmark, Giovanni’s Italian Restaurant. Through the restaurant, she shared her love for authentic Italian cuisine and her natural gift for hospitality, touching the lives of countless neighbors and friends.
While Rosalba faced a courageous battle with Autoimmune Necrotizing Myopathy in her later years, her generous spirit never wavered.
She remained the cornerstone of her family, finding her greatest joy in the presence of her loved ones.
She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished every moment spent together, especially with her grandson, Dominic, who was the light of her life.
Rosalba now joins her beloved daughter, Jessica, in eternal peace.
Her legacy of kindness, strength, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She is survived by her husband, Vincenzo; her son, Danny; her grandson, Dominic; her sister, Amelia; her brothers, Eugenio, Fernando, Mario, and their spouses, Gabriella, Rossana, and Enza, as well as a host of beloved nephews and nieces and all the extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Rosalba’s memory to The Myositis Association to support research and advocacy for those living with myositis.”
A Catholic Funeral Mass will be celebrated in her memory on May 11, 2026 at Saint Cecilia Catholic Church in Beaverton, Oregon at 11 am. Reception following the Mass at the church commons.
