Thomas J. Tobin Jr., 73 of Portland, Ore., died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Tom was born to Thomas and Ursula Tobin and lived in Manchester, NH for most of his life before retiring to Oregon.
Tom was a graduate of Bishop Bradley High School, College of the Holy Cross, and Boston University School of Law. He was an avid reader and a loyal Patriots fan. Always blessing others with humorous wit, Tom enjoyed golf and spending time with his five grandchildren: Matthew, Joshua, Jeremy, Skylar and Brandon.
He is survived by his wife, Colleen Healy Tobin of Portland; one daughter, Seana Hannah of Portland; two sons, Matthew Tobin of Merrimack and Brian Tobin of Manchester; and his nieces and nephew Kelly, Jennifer, Meghan and Patrick. He was preceded in death by his late brother Robert. Following cremation, a small private family ceremony will take place.
