90, Indianapolis, passed away on Oct. 21, 2012.
She was born in Fort Recovery, Ohio. Ann is survived by
sons Joseph and Steven Horner and grandchildren Megan, Candice, Sarah, and Lauren. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles T. Horner.
