Carole Joyce Hingle

Carole Joyce Hoover Hingle of Indianapolis passed away on July 6th, 2024 in Indianapolis. Carole Hingle was born in Dayton, Ohio. She went to St. Mary Academy High School and Butler University. She married John Wallace Hingle III on September 2nd, 1962. She was proud of her work as a lighting designer, and loved playing cards with her card group in Beech Grove. She is preceded by death by her husband, John Wallace Hingle III who passed away in September 2019. She is survived by her children, John Wallace Hingle IV, Christine Elizabeth Hingle, and Susan Stephanie Hingle, her daughter-in-law, Susan (Brown) Hingle, her grandchildren John Wallace Hingle V, Abigail Katherine Hingle, Greyson Wyatt Yandt, Madeline Diane Yandt & Sofia Elizabeth Yandt, and her cousins, William “Bill” Hoover and Julie Hoover Daria. A brief visitation will be held on Saturday, July 20th, 2024 at Little & Sons in Beech Grove, Indiana from 12:30pm to 1:00pm, followed by services at 1:00pm. A small gathering will be held afterwards at her favorite restaurant, Napoli Villa for her family. In lieu of flowers, please donate to an animal shelter on your choice in Carole's name.
