64, of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013. She was born December 11, 1948 in Knoxville, TN to the late Boyd Eugene Peterson and Juanita Faye (LaRue) Peterson. Charlotte was a loving, caring, and devoted mother. She is survived by her daughters, Tracy Dee Dyer, Casandra Lynn Staten, and Laura Ann Dyer; sons, Paul Anthony Dyer, James “Jimbo” Eugene Dyer, and Billy Oral Dyer; sister, Kathy Sue Whetsel; brother, Gary Lynn Peterson; and grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation is Friday, July 26, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Little & Sons Funeral Home, Beech Grove Chapel, where the funeral is Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
