72, of Beech Grove, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012. She was born May 18, 1939 in Indianapolis to the late Everett and Norene Russell. Charlotte was a graduate of Arsenal Technical High School. She worked as a keypunch operator at Indiana Insurance and later retired from Strawbridge Green Apartments. Charlotte was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Johnson; sister, LaDonna Kernodle; grandsons, Michael and David; one great granddaughter, Ava; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will be held Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Cambridge Square Apartments, 337 Churchman Place, 2nd Floor Activity Room, Beech Grove, IN 46107.
