Danny was full of life be it from his whit, his fun loving attitude, to his practical jokes. In Danny's early life, he was known for always being active in school playing any sports he could. He would also achieve the rank of Eagle Scout in his youth as this would be a reflection of his moral compass and attitude towards others. This attitude in his youth would allow him to also be the king of his prom at Beech Grove High School as he was well liked by everyone. Danny was caring, kind, and always the first to help anyone in need be it family or friends. Danny never had a problem of making friends in any moments of his life as he would tell others "A stranger is a friend you haven't met yet."
Danny had a love for anything classic including tractors, trains, airplanes, and cars. Danny was well known for having a sweet-tooth enjoying peeps as his favorite. Danny loved to travel, go to festivals and the state fair, and also love to play Euchre. Danny was always approachable at any time to all his friends as he kept in touch with all of them throughout his life. With all the friends he had, Danny acquired even more friends while working at Eli Lilly for 36 years.
Paul Valery said "A great man is one who leaves others at a loss after he is gone." Danny through his life was a great man who never knew a stranger and to this he will be missed by the numerous family and countless friends in his life.
