Diana Kay McGath, 83, of Indianapolis, passed away August 11, 2026. Diana was born January 25, 1943, in Bedford, Indiana. She is the daughter of the late Kenneth and Mildred (Silvers) Roberts. Diana had been a hairdresser and had a salon in her home. Later in life, she owned the Fussy Cut Quilt Shop in Beech Grove. Diana loved karaoke singing and spending time with her family.
Diana was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 59 years, Jerry Allen McGath, her daughter and son-in-law, Jerilynn and Tony Lanham, and her infant son, Christopher McGath.
She is survived by her brother, Dexter (Christina) Roberts and her children, Jeff (Hayley) McGath and Eric (Nicole) McGath; grandchildren, Nicole (Mike) Cole, Heather (Erik) Cole, Josh (Christina) Reel, Justin McGath, Kelsey (Wyatt) Seiler, Sam McGath and Maddy McGath; great-grandchildren, Hunter (Sofia) Cole, Cheyenne Cole, Austin Cole, Brady Cole, Shawn Cole, Ellie Reel, and Baylor and Briggs Dresslar.
Visitation will be held at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 1301 Main Street, Beech Grove, IN on August 23, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at 5:00 pm.
Memorial contributions in Diana's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 50 E 91st. St., Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240
Burial will be in the Tunnelton Cemetery in Tunnelton, Indiana on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 11:00 am.
