98, of Beech Grove, passed away on April 19, 2015. Dolores was part of the greatest generation as a Captain of the US army in World War II and retired from City Securities Corp in 1979. Dolores was more than a mother- she was a teacher, chauffeur, coach, tutor and friend. She is survived by her children, Dale Stewart, Dana Stewart, Dennis (Pippa) Stewart, Lori Chandler and Doris Lake; her sister, Ellen Hagist; her daughter-in-law, Karen Stewart; 19 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Verner T. Stewart and her son, Donald Stewart. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 5-8pm at Little and Sons Beech Grove Chapel.
