Donald "Donnie" Ray McDaniel, age 61, of Whiteland, Indiana passed away on Friday, February 26, 2021. Donald was born December 17, 1959 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Dollie M. (Flannery) Clark and Charles V. McDaniel. He is also preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, Charles V. McDaniel II and Roberta McDaniel. Donnie was a member of Triumph Church in Greenwood and enjoyed his work building furniture. He also enjoyed computer drafting and modeling of furniture and buildings, including replicating the Temple in Jerusalem and the Titanic.
Donnie is survived by his wife, Cheryl (Stafford) McDaniel; brothers, Thomas McDaniel (Janet), Nick McDaniel, and Ronald McDaniel (Tammy); sisters, Peggy McDaniel McCombs, Darlene Risner (Steven), and Rhonda Anderson; at least 19 nieces, nephews, and their spouses; and over a dozen great nieces and nephews.
In honoring his wishes he will be laid to rest privately at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood, Indiana.
