Helen Ruth Shelby, age 93, of Beech Grove, Indiana passed away on Sunday March 15, 2020. Helen was born August 27, 1926 in Golconda, IL, to Goah Jarrett and Occie Agnes Ramsey Lynch. She was an accountant for Farm Bureau Insurance for 29 years, retiring in 1991, Helen is survived by her daughter Donna Carman, 6 grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Shelby, son Gary Bishop, sister Mildred Kimble, brothers Goah, Donald and Norman Lynch
