Jeromy you have no idea how grateful I am for the many days we shared together at St. Francis. I will never forget staying with you all night in the ER for the first time. That's the night you stopped being my cousin and became like a brother to me. I am so glad you are out of pain but I will miss you so much. I'm going to miss seeing you smile and laugh and be goofy. I want you to know that I love you so much and I cant wait to see you again one day.

I wish your family many prayers and hope they can remember all the precious times with you I know you are resting in a better place
