65, of Beech Grove, IN. passed away Oct. 19, 2014.
She is survived by her mother Artie Jewell (Voils) Ashley; brother Lawrence “Lonny” Burl (Patsy) Ashley, Jr.; nephews Aaron Michael and Andrew Richard Ashley; and Best Friends Mary Jo McConnell, and Mary Beth Supple. Kathy Jo was preceded in death by her father Lawrence B Ashley, Sr.
She retired from the State of Indiana after 38 years as a counselor for the blind. Kathy Jo also worked for the Bosma Institute as a trainer for the blind for 5 years.
Visitation will be Wednesday Oct. 22nd from 4-8 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel.
Funeral Services will be Thursday Oct. 23rd at 11:30 AM at the Southport Heights Christian Church 7154 S. McFarland Rd. Indianapolis, In, 46227 with visitation from 11:00 AM till time of service. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood, Indiana.
