Kenneth Curtis Schwarzkopf

Kenneth Curtis Schwarzkopf, age 80, of New Palestine, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Kenneth was born April 21, 1941, to the late Kenneth and Virginia Schwarzkopf. Ken was a graduate of Penn Hills High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He worked as a driller for Alt & Witzig Engineering for 32 years prior to his retirement. Ken loved to plant flowers, mow grass and took pride in a beautiful landscape. He also loved antiques and had three booths at Southport Antique Mall in Indianapolis and enjoyed refinishing furniture in his spare time. Ken never met a stranger and loved to be "on the go". Ken was very kind and friendly. His nurses even mentioned that they wish they had more patients like him!

Ken is survived by his loving wife; Barbara Schwarzkopf, children; Kenneth Curtis (Lisa) Schwarzkopf II and Karen Virginia Gray, 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, all from Indianapolis.

A memorial gathering for Kenneth will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Little and Sons Beech Grove Chapel, 1301 Main St., Beech Grove, IN, followed by a celebration of life service at 6:00 PM in the funeral home.
