I met Marie 26 years ago this month. We both started at Brylane the same day. It did not take long for us to become friends. I will always remember the dancing, drinking, laughing and playing cards with her and her family. Marie loved her family and friends! She had a heart of gold! Stan and I were blessed to have taken a trip to her home town. We were able to meet her brother and mom. Both of them had an impact on our life that we will never forget. RIP my dear friend! You are truly missed!

My Aunt Marie is a huge cornerstone of my childhood, as I was the first grandchild she was my baby sitter when she was just a teenager herself. I have so many memories of drivin movies ~the scary ones, theme parks, rides to the mountains and many visits to Salisbury Beach Center. We were always entertained and doing something. On rainy days and late nights we would play clue and cards . She was also My Godmother and my middle name was taken from hers . I am grateful that I was able to spend time with her at the recent reunion and reconnect. She was the one that reached out to me to go. I have the texts saved. I Love You Aunt Marie ~ Always, hug the rest of the family for me.

Marie is and always will be my best friend. Her body may be gone, but Marie is still alive, her true self, her spirit is now in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ. She was my 2nd sister. She had a God given gift of hospitality. She always made you feel welcome and loved in her home. Attending to your comfort to make you feel comfortable and loved. I have had the pleasure to be friends with her for 38 years. We always could make each other laugh. So many memories that I will treasure. Marie above all LOVED her family. She was so in love with her husband Wayne. She was so proud of her three children and loved and doted on her grandchildren. I will miss her beyond words can say. Our lunch visits were truly the best and what I will miss so much. Until we see each other in heaven, I'll see you soon my friend. I'll love you always.

I had known Marie for along time. She was always so warm and welcoming. I loved playing "BOLO" with Marie and her family.
I am heartbroken for her wonderful family and for my own loss of a dear friend.

There a SO many memories to share. We had been friends for 64 years. Though she lived in Indiana, and I in Massachusetts (where she was born), we managed to see each other fairly often. We always had fun together. We danced and sang, laughed and cried, talked and talked. She made me a part of her family and she was a part of mine.
Marie, I miss you already. My heart is aching.
