Mark served in the HVAC industry for 35 years and enjoyed spending time on Dale Hollow Lake with his friends and family.
He is survived by his children, Mark (Amber) Downing Jr. Mary Beth Downing, Scott Doyle, Katie (Eric) Chamberlain-Pitts. Sisters Sherry Downing and Shirley (Karl) Irvine. He was preceded in death by his father Richard Downing and mother Gloria Downing and sister Susan Vadas.
A memorial visitation will be held Friday September 16, 2022 from 3-7pm at Little and Sons Beech Grove 1301 Main. St. Beech Grove, IN 46107
