Michael Ray Nicholson

Michael Ray Nicholson, age 75, of Beech Grove, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Michael was born in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of the late Harold and Evelyn (Wert) Nicholson. He was a US Army Vietnam Veteran and a lifetime member of the DAV. He retired from Lucent Technologies after more than 30 years having worked for Western Electric and Bell Labs. He was President of Bell Conservation Club in Nineveh, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Rebecca Houchens. Michael is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Eckel) Nicholson; his 2 sons, Aric Nicholson and his wife Mija and Aaron Nicholson; 2 sisters also survive, Kathy Eicher and her husband Tim and Janet Dyer; several nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be held Monday, March 11, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Little & Son Funeral Home, 1301 Main Street, Beech Grove, Indiana. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home with military rites.
