Michael Jay Wiley

Michael (Mike) Jay Wiley of Beech Grove, Indiana passed away peacefully on Monday, May 20, 2024 in his home surrounded by loved ones. Mike was 62 years old. He graduated from Beech Grove High School in 1980. Mike worked for the Indianapolis Star for over 20 years.

Mike was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, brother, son, uncle, and friend. He is preceded in death by his father, J. Warner Wiley, and mother, Janet Wiley (Behler). Mike is survived by his daughters, Shanna Stuckey (Jake) and Kristin Coyne. Mike had two grandchildren, Silas and Lincoln Stuckey. Mike is also survived by his sister Jeanine Doyle (Ron), brothers Craig Wiley (Sara), Ryan Wiley (Tammy), nieces and nephews (Brenna, Patrick, Cullen, Ella, Reese, Lauren, and Gray), and life-long best friend Tim White (Beth).

The family would like to thank Mona Sheppard from Franciscan Cancer Care Group and Main Street Hospice for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in his final days.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Little & Sons Funeral Home on Thursday, May 30th, 2024 from 4:00pm-8:00pm.
