90, of Beech Grove, passed away on February 2, 2020. Rita was born on September 18, 1929 to the late Louis and Elta Diekhoff. She was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandma. Rita also worked for the Beech Grove Senior Citizens and St. Paul Hermitage.
Rita was preceded in death by her loving husband; Richard D. Ferguson along with her siblings; Rev. Bernard Diekhoff, CPPS, Mary Reed, Charles Diekhoff, and Norbert Diekhoff .
She is survived by her children; Beth (Barry) Hix, Dale Ferguson, Jeff (Trina) Ferguson and Gary “Guy” Ferguson, along with grandchildren; Lauren (Tim), Joey (Karen), Richard (Sarah), Kellie, Andrew, Aaron, Adam (Megan), Jay (Cynthia) and Deron (Jessica), along with great-grandchildren; Dylan, Sean, Seth, Zachari, Levi and Tyler.
Visitation will be held at Little and Sons Beech Grove Chapel on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 4:00pm-7:00pm. Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Holy Name Catholic Church (Beech Grove) at 10:00am.
