Roberta Imogene Wittenmeier

Roberta Imogene Wittenmeier, age 100, of Beech Grove, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Roberta was born in Clay County, Indiana to the late Vesta (Starrett) Parks and Carl Parks. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Wittenmeier Jr. and sons, Frank Thompson and Robert Wittenmeier. Roberta was a loving wife and mother focused on her family and home. She and her husband were lovingly known as Bert & Ernie. In her later years she enjoyed being involved with the Beech Grove Senior Citizens Group and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Roberta is survived by her son, Gary Wittenmeier (Christine); 3 granddaughters, Robyn Burks (Aaron), Bobbie Wittenmeier Adams (Ralph), and Carman Butner (Cliff); and 8 great grandchildren. Visitation for Roberta will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 1301 Main St, Beech Grove, Indiana 46107, followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. She will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.
