71, of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2011. He was born April 16, 1939 in Decatur, IL to the late Roy and Velma Bray. Roy owned and operated Quality Concrete Construction for many years. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed tending to his backyard garden. He is survived by his daughters, Rebecca Reed, Donna and Patty Bray; sons, Dana and Roy “Eddie” Bray III; sisters, Anna Jo Perry, Virginia Haley, Bonnie Smith, Jane Bray, Judy Johnson and Brenda Glasgo; brothers, Ray, Richard and John Bray; 9 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; step-daughter, Theresa Payne; and step-son, Mike Barbie. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Bray; sister, Mary Rose Richmon; and brother, Jimmy Bray. Visitation is Friday, March 4, 2011 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Little & Sons Beech Grove Chapel, where the funeral is Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
