I had the pleasure of being a caregiver for Sharon as she navigated through her Dementia journey. She had such a sweet and gentle soul. Her smile could light up a room. I will miss her coming into my office for a piece of candy and a little hello. We often spent time working on reminding her mind how to crochet, I love this picture of her working on it. She will truly be missed by the cottage staff, we are all better people from having know Sharon.

Sharon and I were co-workers, and friends. We bowled and played golf together . When we were in Florida, we would get together on occasion. She lived on the East Coast and I lived on the Gulf Coast. My condolence to Kris, Sue Ann a nd her family.

Sharon was a close childhood friend. We spent lots of afternoons playing paper dolls, making hideouts in the vacant lot next to her house or playing ‘house’ on her front porch. Her grandma often took us to the movies on Sunday afternoons. We saw lots of the great late ‘40s and early 50s musicals. We then spent weeks re-enacting them on her porch. Later on we both played clarinet in the CHS band. I cherish the memories I have with Sharon. My sympathy to the family.
